Layered Mediterranean Dip with Feta and Olives
An alternative to taco dip. A colorful and flavorful dip made with hummus and sour cream topped off with kalamata olives, feta cheese, and marinated artichoke hearts, serve with pita chips.
Layered Mediterranean Dip
Ingredients
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (7-ounce) container hummus
1 (6-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
1/2 cup sliced kalamata olives
1 cup (4-ounces) crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 medium carrot, shreddedDirections
Combine sour cream and hummus in medium bowl; blend well. Spread mixture on 10-inch round serving dish.Drain artichoke hearts, reserving marinade. Chop artichokes; sprinkle over hummus mixture. Sprinkle olives, feta cheese, onions and carrots over artichoke layer. Drizzle with reserved artichoke marinade. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or up to 12 hours. Serve with pita chips.
