Marshmallow Clouds with Fresh Fruit
Fresh fruit never looked so good, nestled in fluffy marshmallow clouds made with miniature marshmallows, cream cheese, and whipped topping. A cool and creamy easy to prepare dessert for luncheon or brunch.
Marshmallow Clouds with Fresh Fruit
Ingredients
3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
4 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup miniature marshmallows
2/3 cup halved seedless green grapes
2/3 cup sliced nectarine or peaches
2/3 cup raspberriesDirections
Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. In small bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add whipped topping; beat on high speed until smooth. Fold in marshmallows. To form individual clouds, spoon about 1/2 cup mixture onto prepared cookie sheet; spread into 3-inch circle. Make a deep well in center of each shell, building up sides with back of spoon. Freeze 2 to 3 hours.When ready to serve, remove clouds from freezer; place on individual dessert plates. Allow to stand at room temperature 15 minutes. Combine grapes, nectarine slices and raspberries in small bowl. Spoon about 1/2 cup fruit mixture in center of each cloud. Serve immediately. 4 servings.
