Strawberry Cheesecake Brownies

Strawberry Cheesecake Brownies
Base
1 (29-ounce) package refrigerated brownie doughTopping
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 pint fresh strawberries, stemmed and slicedGlaze
1/2 cup strawberry preservesDirections
Heat oven to 350°F. Coat 10-inch springform pan with cooking spray. Spread brownie dough in prepared pan. Bake at 350°F. for 36 to 42 minutes. Cool completely; remove sides of pan.Combine cream cheese, sugar and milk in medium bowl; beat until smooth. Spread evenly over top of cooled brownie. Arrange rings of sliced strawberries over cream cheese layer, starting at outside edge and slightly overlapping each consecutive ring.
In small saucepan, heat strawberry preserves until of drizzling consistency. Spoon over strawberries. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before servings. Store leftovers in refrigerator. 16 servings.
Tip: Two 8-inch round cake pans may be substituted for springform pan. Spread brownie dough in prepared pans. Bake at 350°F. for 25 to 30 minutes. Continue as directed in recipe.
