Grilled Muenster & Smoked Turkey Sandwiches
So last night my hubby suggested we have pizza for dinner, and no surprise, the boys concurred. So, I went down to the store and picked up the fixings for these sandwiches (”What can I say? I was doing the shopping”). My hubby’s response?…”dang these are good!” …then he asked for seconds. I don’t think they missed the pizza.
Muenster, has a mild slightly salty and buttery flavor. Grilled up in these sandwiches it turns into a creamy sauce-like consistency, that melts in your mouth.
