Oatmeal Orange Raisin Cake Mix Cookies
A delicious oatmeal raisin cookie with a hint of orange. Made in minutes with the use of a cake mix.
Oatmeal Orange Raisin Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients
1 package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins
1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained and choppedDirections
Heat oven to 350° F.Combine cake mix, oil and eggs in large bowl; blend until smooth. Stir in oats, raisins, and oranges. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2-inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake in 350° F. oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
