Mediterranean Pizza Salad
Sliced beef, tomatoes, peppers, and feta tossed with greens and served up in prebaked pizza shells. I created this recipe for the Bernstein’s “Tour of Italy” Recipe contest, where it was selected as the First Place entry. (more…)
