Ok Mom, so Ashley made this a couple nights ago and ever since all Addy is asking for is "soup". Despite her two year old pickiness she wants nothing but Corn Chowder now, vegetables and all, it is definitely the new favorite.

I made this for dinner last night, and everyone raved about it! I didn't have stewed tomatoes, but thankfully my neighbor came to the rescue (thanks Arlene). Since the tomatoes weren't 'Italian-style' I added 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning and 2 cloves minced garlic. So simple and delicious, I will definitely be making this dish again.

Look how simple! Ashley, you may want to consider adding a can of chopped green chiles, since I know you like a little spice. It would make it more of a Mexican-style Chicken & Corn Chowder.
